Another Day Wasted? Not Really

Today, I decided not to stress so much about not doing a lot. I can only do so much at this speed - running up and down the stairs is not an option. I finished one more quilt square, and am really happy with it. It was confusing me for a while, since I wanted all of the stripes to line up in the same direction, but it eventually came together.

I also had a doctor's appointment. He said that I should stay off of work until I see an orthopedic doctor. He also wants an MRI. Hopefully I can get an appointment for tomorrow.
