I arrived safely in Chicago today for my first real business trip, the 2015 IFT Expo. Aside from logging a geocache, the only other thing that happened of note was going to dinner with the Nutrition group to Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House.
I had Oysters Rockefeller, New England Clam Chowder, and the Steel-Head Trout served Oscar-style (with Red Alaskan King Crab, asparagus and cajun mustard hollandaise).
Dessert was a shared experience - "The Meaning of Life."
