I finally finished reading this book today. Boy, was it torture! I started it back in May, when I was at home with my ankle injury, and I just couldn't get into it. The heroine had other people's best interest at heart, but she acted like a spoiled little rich girl. She would do what she wanted, against the advice of those she cared about. And the supporting villain didn't have a backbone. It made him a little endearing, but a lot annoying. I'm just glad the book didn't get the best of me!
