This is an old post from my old blog. I intend to transfer them all over to this one.
Today, we had a holiday luncheon for everyone who works for Kathie. That includes the Lab Support Team, the Analytical Lab, and the Micro Lab. I spent the previous evening making Vietnamese spring rolls, and brought them to the restaurant an hour before the luncheon to get them fried up. I got a lot of compliments on them - I'm glad people liked them. We have another holiday luncheon coming up on Wednesday, for everyone, and I think I'm going to attempt a Spinach Artichoke Dip that Julia from the Tidewater explained how to make. The recipe isn't very exact, so I'm kind of scared to try it, but she swears it's wonderful.
