Another ATC

Carol from the UK sent me this Birthday ATC. Whatever she did to the top layer was pretty cool, but what was really neat was the layer underneath. It had a reflective quality to it, which made it pretty neat when the light hit it.

On another note, here is one of the decorative dessert dishes that Ashley did tonight at work.
